Julie Erickson has called Alaska Home since 1982!
She obtained her Real Estate License in 2001 after an 18-year career in Consumer Sales with major manufacturers like Kimberly-Clark, Duracell, Quaker Oats, Gatorade, Vidal Sassoon, and many others. Julie applies her sales and marketing background to real estate on a daily basis by providing in-depth sales analysis to buyers and sellers to make informed pricing decisions. She represents buyers and sellers in all price ranges selling condos, single-family homes, and multifamily units, and has experience working commercial transactions.
Julie is a Relocation expert and works closely with relocation directors within Conoco Phillips, Santos, Hilcorp Alaska, and others. Julie and her team are consistent top producers at RE/MAX Dynamic Properties, delivering exemplary customer service. They’ve built their business steadily over the years and attribute much of their success to satisfied customers and their referrals. She values personal connections that extend from meeting people, a trait that shines in both her personal and professional life.
Julie is a Certified Residential Specialist. She obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation and the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) Designation to set herself apart from other licensees. Both designations are a symbol of excellence in Real Estate. Currently, Julie serves on the Code of Conduct for the Residential Real Estate Council at the national level. Julie will serve on the Board of Directors for RRC in 2025 & 2026. She believes in giving back to her colleagues and the industry.
Julie Erickson serves on the Providence Alaska Foundation Board, which is dedicated to serving everyone, especially those who are poor and vulnerable. The board's values of compassion, dignity, justice, excellence, and integrity align perfectly with Julie's work ethic and approach to life. Julie joined the Anchorage South Rotary Club in 2014 and has poured her energy into an organization dedicated to helping those in her community and around the world. She also serves on the North American Youth Exchange Network as Marketing & Communications Chair. This organization supports Rotary Youth Exchange Districts across the US, Mexico, and Canada.
In her free time, Julie and her husband, Bryce, enjoy visiting with their two adult daughters in Oregon and California. They also enjoy their home away from home in Seward, AK. Spending time in their cottage or getting out in Resurrection Bay and marveling at the wonder that is Alaska.
