We submit the property to MLS, install yard sign and setup a Sentrilock key box.
Hire professional photographer for photographs and virtual tour. We send these out as direct mail pieces in color fliers to neighbors, potential buyers and Licensees.
Use Social Media to maximize market exposure of your home- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Zillow, Trulia, and the Re/Max Web site.
Promote your residence at bi-monthly sales & marketing meetings and enlist the efforts of other Real Estate professionals.
Timeline to Close
We will walk you through important ways to help promote your property making suggestions for how to increase the appeal of your home. This may include yard suggestions to enhance curb appeal or interior staging to make a home look less cluttered and appeal to more buyers. We explain to you in detail all the steps that will occur for a successful closing, and answer any questions you might have.
What to expect
Recommendation for repairs and pre-listing inspections.
We will create a Home Book to display at residence and conduct agent tours and lunches as well as open houses.
We maintain communication with you throughout the process, reviewing the results of our marketing activities and fine-tuning, as needed.
Communicate in a timely matter when offers are received and explain all details thoroughly. Expect to see our estimate of net proceeds based on the proposed price and terms.
Once you have accepted an offer, we work with the buyer’s broker, settlement officer, title officer and others to help coordinate their activities and keep the transaction moving forward.
We also monitor progress of inspections, the buyer’s loan and other contingencies as called for in the purchase contract. Resolve questions or problems that might arise, in order to ensure a timely closing.
